This beautiful 5-bedroom is located in the heart of Batu Bolong. It’s close to all the action (Mr Spoon; Deus; Veda; reachable within 300 meters) though at the end of a very quite gang in between beautiful rice fields. Batu Bolong beach is 1 km from the house.
The Villa is located on a spacious plot of land (1200 m2) and is facing west, so you will enjoy great sunsets and a beautiful garden. It has four bedrooms (sleeps 7) and three bathrooms. All rooms have airconditioning and are attached to the main building. With the connected rooms it is a big pro for families with younger kids. The house has a fully western equipped kitchen attached to the living area and large patio. It has a very open feeling when all the doors folded open but can be completely closed at night. There is a nice swimming pool and a yoga studio and a separate guesthouse.
The villa comes with a perfect and trustful team of staff. Except for the driver it is all calculated within the rental price. This means you will not need to look for a cleaner, gardener & pool man, night security and driver (including car).
